How To Download & Print The Registry Application & Transfer & Bill Of Sale Form:


Things Needed:
Wordpad

There are 4 parts to this application. ( Registry Application )
The first thing you need to do is:
STEP ONE

CLICK ON ... Front Part 1 A

A window will pop up asking if you want to save it or open it.. Choose to open it. Then just print it out when it opens up. After it prints.... flip it over and put back in your printer.

STEP TWO

Click on... Back Part 1 B

Just as before you will see a window open. Choose to tell it to open . Now print this out on the backside of the page you printed out before.

STEP THREE

CLICK ON ... Front Part 2 A

As before choose to open it and print it out......flip this one over and put back into your printer...go on to the next step.

STEP FOUR

CLICK ON... Back Part 2 B

Again when the window pops open choose to open it. print this one out on the backside of front part 2 a.

Now you are finished with printing out the application. All that is left to do is fill in your information and continue on according to the directions on the application .

TRANSFER AND BILL OF SALE FORM

This will guide you through being able to print out the Transfer and Bill Of Sale Form:

There are 2 parts to this form

STEP ONE

CLICK ON ...Front Part A

After clicking on the file...choose to open it... print this out...when finished...flip this over and put back in your printer. Continue on to the next step.

STEP TWO

CLICK ON ...Back Part B

After clicking on the file..again just choose to open it.. then print out. Fill out the information and send in with fee.


Another way to get the application and form is by Adobe Acrobat Reader 4. They are in PDF Format. If you have this then all you have to do is click on the following files in the order that they are in and print them out as soon as they load into your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
